Upload Photos to Your Psp
Background wallpapers on Sony PSP
Do you want to use one of your own photos as a background on your PSP? It is really quite easy, just read on…
Getting the wallpaper to your PSP
To upload photos to your PSP you can either copy them manually as described in your PSP manual or use the PhotoToPSP program. You can download PhotoToPSP from here.
Connect an USB mini cable between your computer and your PSP. Install the PhotoToPSP program that you just downloaded, if you have not done already and start up the program. Add the photo you want as your PSP wallpaper to the program.
Click the “Locate PSP” and select the drive letter where your PSP is connected.
Click “Move photos” to move the photo to your PSP. Photo to PSP will by default resize your photo to match the size of the PSP screen.
If you double-click the photo you will see a preview of how it will look resized to the PSP screen.
With the Inzomia image viewer you can set an individual zoom for each photo, this information will be used by Photo to PSP. If you for example have zoomed in on the face of a picture the zoomed in portion will be cropped and moved to your PSP.
Using the photo as a wallpaper
Now once your photo is transferred bring it up on your PSP. When the photo is displayed press the triangle button to show the menu. From the menu items select “Set as Wallpaper”. A dialog will be displayed to ask you to confirm your choice.
Conclusion
You can use your own photos as Wallpapers without much effort. Now dig through your own photo collection and see if you can not find something more interesting to use as wallpaper on your PlayStation Portable.
